Let's go for a bike ride!
Mark your calendars for this year's spring outing; our Bike Rodeo!
When: April 19th, 1pm-3pm.
Where: Castle Park (next to YMS)
What: Bring bikes AND Helmets* any individual riding a bike at this event must wear a helmet.
We will have a guest present to discuss bike safety and maintenance, and we will also have opportunity for scouts to ride the bike trail loop around the park. This will be a great opportunity for our pack to accomplish an elective adventure all together, to enjoy some time outdoors, and to get some exercise after our winter hibernation!
Spring Recruiting event - April 25th, Noon-2pm.
(Yes, this is the very next weekend). We have been asked to join a scouting recruitment event this spring, alongside pack 340 and troop 34. This is an opportunity to generate some interest in scouting among the city's youth, and to show what scouting is all about. Please make a point to come and help represent Pack 350 and share you and your scout's experiences in cub scouting. If you can, please also invite your scouts' friends' families. This is a common avenue to recruiting, and it is accessible, public, and fun. There will be gaga ball and our raingutter regatta, in addition to other activities put on by the troop.
Hiking
April has filled up fast with 2 additional weekend events. Therefore, this month will be a "go-on-your-own" month for hiking. If you and some other scouts want to go together, that's fine! Just remember to document your hiking route and mileage to a pack leader so that your scout can get credit for those miles hiked!
The Final Pack Night of the year! - April 8th
Just two weeks until our final pack night of the school year! We will be giving out any advancements earned over the last two months, so please be sure to get them entered for your den soon! In addition, we will be having a campfire ceremony for the 2nd half of the meeting. Come armed with jokes, skits, and/or songs you would like to have as part of the program.
-Don't forget your camping chairs to enjoy the campfire!

Planning Meeting - June 7th
The yearly planning meeting will be held on June 7th, starting at 1pm at Amber's house. More details to come!
