What is Our Scouting Program?:

Our fundraising effort helps to make Scouting a great experience for our scouts, siblings and parents.  Here is a just a small sampling of the activities supported by your fund raising efforts and participation:

How Do We Sell?:

The Trail’s End App supports all the ways our unit sells. 

• • Online Direct

  • Locations where you can setup a table

  • Storefronts / Booths

  • Parent’s Workplace

  • Wagon Sales / Door-to-Door

  • Friends & Family

PLUS!!! Credit Cards can be taken with the app....and Trail's End pays the fee

Selling Online with NEW Online Direct

• • Create your fundraising page with your story, Scouting photos and videos

  • Share your page every Sunday via:

  • Social (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

  • Text Message

  • Email

  • Each share averages $33 in sales

  • Same product and price point on all products, plus online exclusive products

  • Shipped directly to the consumer

  • Orders can be taken in person via the app and a link for payment can be sent to the customer.

  • Earn double points for online direct orders!

Wagon Sales

• The Scout, with his Akela, goes door to door

• The sale is logged in the Trail's-end through the app or website

  • Online Direct with Shipping to the Customer

  • As a Wagon Sale for delivery by the scout later

Selling at Work

• Mom and/or Dad take an order form to their work or share scout website

• In person sale is logged in the Trail's-end through the app or website

  • Online Direct with Shipping to the Customer

  • As a Wagon Sale for delivery by the parent later

Show and Sells (Storefronts)

• Show and Sells make up a big part of our popcorn program. We've obtained permission from local businesses to set up a sales table.  Show and Sells have plenty of products on-hand for people to buy.  

• Check the Trail's End storefront calendar for show and sell times and signup

  • Login to Trail's End

  • Select "Storefront", under "Sales", from the menu

  • Click on the date with a storefront event

  • The shifts will display with time slots available

  • Click "Sign Up"

  • The shift will now display under "My Storefront Shifts"

• Wear your Class A

• Show up 5 mins before your shift

• Bring an adult with the Trail's End app installed on their phone

Sales Goals:

• Each Scout works 4 storefront shifts 

• Sell a minimum of $1000 in popcorn.

• Strive for the top seller pledge:

  • Pledge to sell $2,000

  • Sell that amount or MORE

Make Your Plan:

• Storefront shifts earn on average $125 per 2 hour shift

• Wagon Sales earn on average $125 per hour

• Each online sale averages $33
