Caroling
Caroling will take place at the Legion Sunday December 10th starting at 9am.
Please plan to arrive a little before 9am in your uniform.
The Sons of the American Legion breakfast buffet starts at 7:30am. Consider supporting them before we sing: 55+ $10, 18-54 $12, 6-17 $8, 5 and under free.
After we have finished singing we will divide and conquer in to deliver Granola to our local heros.
Pack Night
Pack Night is December 13th. A special guest will be arriving to visit and hand out Pinewood Derby car kits.
A few additional car kits for siblings and adults will be available for purchase for $7.
The December Pack night will have a special ceremony for the Tigers and new older rank youth earning their Bobcat.
Operation Santa
The date of toy sorting at the Kendall County Food Pantry is still TBD. Please watch for additional communication for date and time.
It is chilly inside the warehouse and as such please plan to wear your class B hoody to keep you warm while sorting the toys.
Shoe Drive
The box at the Legion sure has filled up. Please continue to collect shoes for this easy fundraising event.
Cubscicle
Cubscicle-Discover Antarctica is a fun winter activity offered by council each January.
The dates for 2024 are:
January 6th-Full Day
January 13th- Half Day(Morning or Afternoon).

Duty to God
Each rank has a "Duty to God" to emphasis that a Scout is Reverent.
December is a great time to have a family conversation and review/complete the rank requirements needed as many religions have have day(s) in the month of religious significance.
Program Changes
BSA has announced that starting June 2024 the Cubscout program will be revamped.
The BSA is slowly releasing information on the changes.
